The service includes monthly temperature monitoring to maintain safe system conditions, quarterly cleaning and disinfection of outlets and components, and six-monthly tank inspections to support ongoing system integrity.
Annual services are delivered, including Legionella risk assessments, system cleaning and disinfection, water sampling, and TMV servicing to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements. Ongoing update works and routine support ensure the system remains effectively managed, with clear documentation provided to support internal checks and audits.
